Leadership has always been a guiding principle in my journey, both in my professional career and beyond.
With 30 years of experience spanning financial services, public service, computing, manufacturing, and the high-tech semiconductor industry, I have had the privilege of leading complex projects and collaborating with diverse teams across multiple sectors to drive meaningful outcomes.
Throughout this experience, I have found great fulfillment in supporting and mentoring colleagues, helping them develop their leadership skills, guiding them through challenges, and navigating their own career paths.
Having been influenced by the teachings of John Wooden and John Maxwell, I believe that leadership is about intentional growth, resilience, and making a positive impact on those around us.

2024 – Present: Mentoring youths in project management and public speaking at the School of Science & Technology.
2022 – Present: Mentoring 57 people leaders (leaders with staff reporting to them) across Operations & Tech through the T&O Transformation-Circle Leadership Program.
2016 – 2020: Founded ImpactX Academy & delivered basketball training with leadership equipping to 120 youths.

Leading a team of 40 Tribe Leads and Scrum Masters in Core Banking Technology to support DBS business regionally across Singapore, India, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and other international markets.
Scope of role included supporting bank wide initiatives, through the delivery of major projects (including Core banking systems upgrade, legacy application re-platform and new business integration projects) and BAU system enhancements.
Prior to this role, I led a team of 48 Business Analysts in the same organisation, supporting the smooth implementation of change by providing analysis and design support services to projects and BAU system enhancements.
Supported the successful delivery of loans re-platform projects from IBM Mainframe to Finacle tech stack.
Supported the successful upgrade of Finacle v10 to v11 for India, Dubai and UK businesses.

Successfully setup global mobile services infrastructure within 3 months, managing 22 vendors across 11 countries for the delivery of mobile and audio-conferencing services to 4500 users worldwide.

Country Business IT Manager and member of India GM Council, responsible for IT Infrastructure services supporting Agilent’s operations in India.
Optimized cost of IT Service Delivery and achieved savings of US$1.5M for 2004 through contract renegotiations and solution reengineering.
Successfully completed key IT deliverables to support the setup of Agilent’s new Asia Pacific Financial Processing Hub, including the setup of a new regional call centre, to transfer critical finance processing functions from various locations in Asia Pacific into Gurgaon, New Delhi. This outsourcing project delivered significant savings and efficiency by the application of technology in the transformation of finance services.
